摘要

The stress distribution in a rectangular plate of amultilayer composite material with periodical curving in structureis studied. It is supposed that the plate is hingely supported atopposite sides. The investigation is carried out within the exactthree-dimensional linear theory of elasticity. The mechanicalrelationships of the plate material are described by the continualtheory of Akbarov and Guz. The numerical results obtained by theuse of finite element methods shown that even in low-frequencydynamic loading of the plate the extreme values of stresses, whichappear as a result of the curving in the plate structure, considerablyexceed their values in the corresponding static loading.
