摘要

A theoretical analysis of near-surface space chargeshunting influence on the emissive properties of metal cathodes inperformed as well as its configuration variations under thecontrolling magnetic field action. The current-voltagedependencies of field emission diode with tungsten cathode andelectrostatic potential distribution in diode with the transversalmagnetic field are obtained with numeric modeling methods.
