Inertial Shaping of Corrugation while Magneto-Impulse Bending-Forming of Sheet Aircraft Parts

摘要

Mathematical modeling of dynamic shaping of corrugation while magneto-impulse stamping of sheet parts is presented. There are plotted alignment charts, which enable to determine optimal blow velocity for complete touchdown of the crimp as well as to define impulse magnetic field pressure on the crimp of sheet part to reach these velocities. Experimental test of computational modeling results is carried out.
