Calculation of Sub-Contact Layer Stress-Strain State While Cylindrical Body Upsetting Combined with Torsion

摘要

There is considered the influence of contact friction on the process of preform forming by combined upsetting and torsion. Equations for computing force and torque values in dependence on geometric, kinematic and mechanical conditions of forming are obtained.
