Perspective welding constructions quality improvement and working capacity increasing directions

摘要

Investigations results and new welding deformations calculation methods in 3D ships casing constructions and hulls based on the welding deformations theory and FEM are given. The residual stresses and deformation reducing possibility using low-frequency vibration processing as well as increasing cyclic constructions longevity at the cost of stresses redistribution in welding joints by application of superficial hardening are considered.
