摘要

The main pipelines and reservoirs life prolongation problem through welded joints quality improving and assembly and repair technological operations efficiency increasing under stationary power network absence conditions is considered. Adaptive algorithms of pulse control with main energetic parameters for welding process formed on a basis of adequate physico-mathematical modeling of fusion, mass- and heat-transfer processes allow to increase welding productivity, stabilize welding conditions, dispense energy for fusion and electrode material transfer, control the weld forming. Developed adaptive technologies and specialized equipment are designed for pulsed arc welding of root welds with back bead forming in all spatial positions without special backings and backing run.
