摘要

Water-wall tubes sampled form various power boiler plants were examined to establish the states of corrosion fatigue damages. The present study attempted to propose a new model of corrosion fatigue damage that consider the thermal fatigue loading, corrosion and their interactions, and calculate crack length based on it. The service life was calculated as a function of operating time, number of start-and-stop cycles and applied stress in the operation-histories of actual plants. The results were compared with the depths of actual corrosion pits or fatigue cracks measured in the field survey.
