Memorial address for Dr. Kiyoshi KAMEI, professor emeritus, Kansai Univ.

摘要

As a member of "Kobe Steel-Kyoto Universitycommittee of Rare Metals", Pr. Dr. Kiyosyi Kamei had-started hisresearch on refinement of Titanium in 1949 and succeeded inproducing 200 grams of spongtitanium by the Kroll Process in 1950.In 1958 he had started the reseach on the Metalo-graphy ofTitanium Alloys in KANSAI UNIVERSITY. He had receivednumerous awards over the years, including the DistingguishedSpecial Technical Service Medal from the Japan Titanium Society.
