摘要

In this paper it is firstly presented on the specifications and features of the newly developed gas corrosion fatigue testing apparatus. The gas corrosion fatigue testing apparatus can adjust the concentration, relative humidity and temperature of various industrial gases such as H_2S, SO_2, CO_2, HF and Cl_2 with good accuracy and ample safety. Then it is summarized on the corrosion fatigue testing results of structural materials and welded joints under aggressive gas environments. It is focussed on the influence of humid H_2S, SO_2 and CO_2 on corrosion fatigue strength of SUS410JI. SNCM439 and Ti-6Al-4V alloy, humid H_2S and CO_2 gas on corrosion fatigue strength of AISI410, AISI4330 and 17-4PH steel welded joints and, humid Cl_2 and HF on corrosion fatigue strength of 2014-T6 aluminum alloy. It can be concluded that the developed gas corrosion fatigue testing apparatus can fully provide the useful data and basic knowledge in design of the machine components operating under the aggressive gas environments.
