摘要

Polymer-supported lanthanoid-alkaline metal mixed-alkoxide complexes, the polymer ligands of which ate prepared by the radical polymerization of 4-substituted styrene derivatives, have been synthesized as a novel solid base catalyst. The La-PS/DC-NaOH complex possessing hexaethylene glycol mono-(1,2-dihydroxypropyl) ether unit as a polydentate ligand was found to be most useful as a practical catalyst for the Robinson-annelation reaction since it is not only water-tolerant but also repeatedly used without losing its activity.
