On information-algorithmic principles of accomplishment of priority tasks in scientific and technical policy in the filed of computer engineering

High-priority tasks arising from the main positions of scientific and technical policy in the field of computer engineering are analyzed. Schemes for handling these problems with the help of a decision-support system are suggested. A block4iagramand main requirements to the System components including the information database structure are given.
