摘要

In this paper, the velocity estimation problem is addressed by solving the coupled equations established over two selected spatial frequency points in 2-D spatial frequency domain other than searching for the spectral energy plane over a number of points Selected by experience. To select two appropriate spatial frequency points, evaluation functions corresponding to image sequence with one motion vector and two motion Vectors are established firstly, and the selection is then achieved by using the established evaluation functions together with a threshold. In order to attenuate the influence of background, the image sequence is pre-processed by two background processing methods. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
