In this paper it is proposed a method to identify keywords written in a natural language, and discusses the methods to detect them automatically. It is effective to know characteristics of keywords for detecting them in descriptions. Keywords could represent the properties of failures. Detection by a fixed word (string search) would result in finding those keyword as undesirable ones. It also would be used various failures being dependent on viewpoints to them. Sentences would show differences in description through omitting word or applying different usages. It is proposed a method to formalize expression of sentences, to clarify and standardize. This paper discusses the formalization methods and the results applied them to. It is also referred the possibility of automation of the methods.
