The functional distributed control system using a dataflow processing scheme and its traffic characteristics

In this paper, we propose the distributed control system using many small micro-processors those are performed by an uni-directional loop connection using the serial ports. The input data from sensor and the control data to outside unit are performed by using a parallel port on the chip of micro-processor. The paper presents the configuration of our proposal system. The input data and the output data are processed by program written by using our proposal dataflow processing language. The simple program is shown. Moreover, we analyse the traffic characteristics on the queue of output serial port for proto-type system, and show that specifications of our proto-type are useful for these results.
