Moscow representation of Thermo Electron Corporation, Switzerland/Application X-ray Fluorescent and X-Ray Diffraction Analyses in Cement Industry

The article cites the results of the measurement of cement materials using an X-ray fluorescent analyser (ARL 9800-complete cement analyser with the built-in channel for X-ray diffraction analysis). It demonstrates advantages of the application of this method of analysis of cement industry materials.
