摘要

A procedure is proposed for the quantitative determination of microimpurities in air. This procedure is based on the model of processes of ion formation in atmospheric-pressure chemical ionization proposed by Kebarle and a model of ion motion m tile area of a continuous electro-gas-dynamic flow. The proposed procedure is justified and experimentally confirmed. In the case of determining microimpurities of individual substances, the procedure provides quantitative analysis to be performed within the range of at least four orders.
