In Japan, information technologies are expected to support elder people to improve their quality of life by providing medical information and managing their health information. Sensing the health information will be a key technology to achieve welfare society for elder people. In this paper, the real-time spectral imaging technique is infroduced for monitoring pigmentations of human skin by inverse optical scattering method. The maps of melanin, oxy-hemoglobin and deoxy-hemolobin densities in skin are converted from RGB image using three pre-computed color conversion look up tables. This system is applied to observe the changes in pigmentation during anaerobic exercise and occlusion. The human homeostasis by disturbance is observed in real-time with the developed system.
