Background and Objectives: Wesought to examine our outcomes with advanced preoperative and intraoperative radiation therapy (XRT) combined with aggressive en bloc surgical resection of retroperitoneal sarcoma (RPS) as a strategy to minimize the risk of local recurrence (LR).
