摘要

Damage to regulate durability of sliding nozzle plate (hereinafter referred to as SN plate), include pore edge wear, coarsening of sliding face, crack formation, and corrosion. For reducing such damages, both corrosion resistance and thermal spalling resistance need to be improved. Focusing on porosity characteristics of aggregate raw material used for SN plate, influences of porosity characteristics of aggregate raw materials on AG material for SN plate were studied with two improvement trials. The first trial was to improve thermal spalling resistance with aggregate raw material of which the porosity was maintained at a certain level. The second trial was to improve corrosion resistance by strengthening and densifying SN plate structure which was realized by promoting impregnation into aggregate raw material porosity.
