Application of High Strength Dry Gunning and Non-Cement Castable in Cement Industry

Dry gunning method conveys powder materials with air using a material hose and mixes them with water or an exclusive liquid at the nozzle tip. In the conventional method of construction, dry gunning of the low cement castable is difficult because mixing is insufficient, but our company has developed the dry gunning method having the properties equivalent to those of casting method. The gel bond castable which our company has developed as a non-cement castable can suppress CaO as much as possible because it does not need the cement for hardening and can be expected to show improvement in durability.
