摘要

The mechanism of organizational factors affecting safety performance of military aviation system should be researched in order to enhance the level of safety risk management. Firstly, organizational factors, military aviation system and safety performance were analyzed to build safety performance model of military aviation system. Then, the causal loop diagram model of organizational factors affecting safety performance of military aviation system was built, and the system dynamics (SD) model was established by SD modeling software Vensim PLE. Finally, the safety performance and its dimensionalities under two circumstances of action preparation times changing and target values of these flight safety performance dimensionalities changing were simulated. The simulation results show that it is supposed to shorten the action preparation time of safety situation improvement in aviation safety management and to optimize the combination of target values of flight safety performance dimensionalities in order to maximize the flight safety performance.
