摘要

A laboratory technology has been developed for sputtering of eutectic coatings from iron-based alloys with interstitial phases by the method of ion-bombardment-stimulated condensation. The process involves the use of the type Bulat commercial apparatus. During the sputtering, the coating crystallization mechanism changes thus forming a "fine phase conglomerate" structure. The phase composition of the coating is almost similar to that of the cathode being sputtered. The tribotechnical properties of the deposited eutectic coatings are higher in comparison to as-cast alloys.
