Hess coy on Ghana FPSO and waits for farm-down approval

Hess is in the middle of its final appraisal well on what now appears to be a certain FPSO project in deepwater Ghana while waiting for government approval for a major farm-down. The US independent did not comment on recent government comments that the appraisal campaign has seen "fantastic" results with the Petroleum Commission now expecting a commercial FPSO development.
