The development of the Zarat FPSO project off Tunisia has taken yet another twist with one of the partners saying this morning it may now use nearby existing facilities. The shallow water field, which is also partly in the Joint Oil block shared between Tunisia and Libya, is seen as having around 80m bbl of oil and 600 Bcf of gas.
