Noble drilling ahead of E Guinea sanction

Noble Energy is adding extra appraisal work to a discovery offshore Equatorial Guinea before project sanction, as it is more cautious following drilling last year. The Atwood Hunter semisub will shortly flow test last year's Carta North discoveiy in Block O and will then move to drill the Carla South prospect in neighbouring Block I. Originally no well had been expected on Carla South.
