Ghana submits defence in Cote d'lvoire maritime dispute

Ghana has now submitted its detailed defence to the tribunal which will rule on the maritime dispute with Cote d'lvoire. Back in 2010 Cote d'lvoire drew up a new map of its offshore including four new blocks in its east, overlapping acreage licensed by Ghana. This includes Tullow's TEN project as well as some off Hess' Deepwater Tano Cape Three Points block, among others.
