Suggestions for the Realization of Foundry Technicians' Training out of the Official School System

In the last time the satisfaction of the need to find trained foundry men for the member foundries of the Hungarian Foundry Association became increasingly difficult. The Hungarian State is not interested in such an education, the training in the technical institutes has been finished as well. The solution nowadays may be the organization of training courses, where the foundries can train their own workers not having a special qualification, or collegues with an other qualification. The participants of such courses can get official certificates from the state owned technical institutes or from the Commercial and Industrial Chambers. Szvorecz Judit read a paper during the 65th Foundry World Congress explaining the possibilities and results of this training method.
