摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of Internet-based autonomous and cooperative learning (l-ACL) and Web-based problem-based learning (W-PBL) for students of preventive medicine in medical colleges and universities. Methods: In Guangzhou Medical College, 60 undergraduate students from 2 clinical medicine classes were selected for investigation in l-ACL; and then 58 students from other 2 clinical medicine classes were selected for investigation in W-PBL, by a descriptive research method and random method of control experiment respectively, carry out a series of teaching practice, and data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: clinical medical students have good feeling with l-ACL. In W-PBL teaching, clinical medical students generally accepted W-PBL teaching mode which is beneficial to improve their comprehensive learning, research, and competition ability, but prefer the LBL at the aspect of acquire knowledge and reduce the learning time, most students hope to use a combination of two kinds of teaching models. Conclusion: the use of l-ACL and W-PBL teaching method can improve the overall quality of students in preventive medicine course, but the appropriate combination of mixed teaching mode of W-PBL and LBL can better reflect the effect and accords with the national conditions.
