Problem of networked organization disruption is of both theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, we studied the problem from the perspective that whether the nodes' failure effects spread or not, and divided it into two sub-problems: the static disruption, which aims to break the organization into the maximum fractions; the propagation disruption, which is to affect as more nodes as possible. Considering the propagation steps, the propagation disruption problem was also divided into the limit propagation disruption and the infinite propagation disruption. For the static propagation disruption and the limited propagation disruption, measures, F~(conn) and C_(cover), were put forward respectively to describe the disruption extent, and a simulated annealing (SA) based algorithm was designed to search the best strategy; for the infinite propagation disruption, an infinite propagation disruption model (IPDM) on scale-free networks was built up, and the relationships between the k-degree node's stable failure ratio and the degree k, and between the network's failure ratio and the average degree 〈k〉 were deduced, the deductions indicates that: (1) disrupt the high degree nodes in the networked organization could speed up the process of the network paralysis; (2) the denser networked organization is more fragile than the looser networked organization when faced with attacks. In the end, two future directions were pointed out for further research.
