Reliability Test Method Research of Latching Relay Used in Nano-Measurement

摘要

The reliability of latching relay in nano-measurement has important influence on electricity equipment and distribution grid of users. According to the features of latching relay used in meter, that mechanical reliability and electrical reliability using failure rate as its reliabilitycharacteristic quantity, short circuit reliability with success rate as its reliability characteristic quantity are proposed, the reliability evaluation indices are clear. The test environment and test method of mechanical reliability, electrical reliability and short circuit reliability oflatching relay used in nano-measurement are explained. On the basis of studying the sampling observation characteristics of failure rate and success rate, the test sampling scheme and test procedure of three kinds of reliability are put forward, the test procedures of grading, maintenanceand upgrade are specified.
