The library management system follows the traditional manual method from recent past. In this process, every user is provided with user identification number, for making the manual or computerized entry of the book issued and returned. Recent year, many advances are made, one such in the library system are proposed with RFID enabled authentication system for user accessing the books. The issue in the existing system is that the user can place the book in different location while returning and searching, which leads to books misplacement. To avoid such human errors this RFID enabled system will aid in the proper arrangement of books. In this work, keywords are stored in the database and keyword based filtering technique is used to identify the best books among the available books in the searching result. Stemming algorithm is used here to extract key terms and frequency pattern matching algorithm is used to detect the maximum numbers of input term appearance in a book. After registering the book in the software the user has to show the access card in front of the reader which is placed in the rack. The door is opened to get the book easily. If the incorrect placement attempt is made to place the book in different rack, then the reader after scanning the book doesn't permit to place it. If misplaced too the rack after closing make a scan of the available books, if the particular book does not belongs to its rack it sends the message stating that one book is misplaced.
