Providing written information increases patient satisfaction: a web-based questionnaire survey of Japanese cancer survivors

We developed and conducted a questionnaire survey of Japanese cancer survivors, which revealed that providing both written and verbal explanations of clinical and survivorship-related information could better satisfy the needs of Japanese cancer survivors.
