Walking in on this heated conversation, I introduced my Geri-PACT (Geriatric Patient Aligned Care Team) to the altercating pair. Then, one by one, social worker, psychologist, pharmacist, nurse, and I shook hands and took our seats, arranged in a semicircle, facing the father, an octogenarian, and the son, a sexagenarian.After some awkward movements and seating rearrangements, I opened the conversation with a simple question directed at the octogenarian father.
