Embryonic stem cell (ESC) is considering a powerful source in biological research and medical field due to its unique nature; self-renewal and differentiation. This study was performed to assess the hepatotoxicity and neurotoxicity of arsanilic acid (Ars) at specific developmental stage of hepatic progenitor cells (HPCs), hepatocyte-like cells (HCs) and preneural cells (NPCs) derived from mouse ESCs.
