JARN visited the variable refrigerant flow (VRF) production base of Guangdong Chigo Heating and Ventilation Equipment (GCHV) recently. The delegation was received by Zhang Quan, the company's chairman and general manager. GCHV has achieved rapid development in recent years. The excellent quality of its products has won wide acclaim in the domestic and overseas markets. In order to further accelerate the reform and pursue all-round development, the company's shareholding structure changed greatly in March this year. Zhang Quan and his team became the largest owners of the company's shares, with a 70% stake. GCHV will no longer be included as a subsidiary in Chigo Holding's consolidated financial statement.
