This paper represents the results of the development of rapidly quenched filler alloys, the development of the brazing technique for joint manufacturing of ITER and DEMO first wall and divertor, as well as the results of joints investigations. Experimental data on the choosing of chemical compositions and the method for the filler alloys manufacturing by ultrafast quenching are given. Filler alloys were made in form of thin ribbons with a thickness of 30 to 60 μm and a width of 10 to 50 μm: Cu-Ni-Sn-P (STEMET 1101M), Cu-Ni-Sn-In ( STEMET 1108) and Cu-Ti-Be (STEMET 1204M) for brazing of Be and W with CuCrZr for the ITER reactor; Cu-Ge, Cu-Sn, Cu-Ti systems for brazing of W with reduced-activaton ferritic martensitic steel EK -181. The results of investigation of the structural-phase state of brazed joints, mechanical and thermocycling tests of joints are presented.
