UK MoD confirms Sentinel fleet cut

The UK MoD confirmed reports that it will retire one Sentinel R1 aircraft, because its yearly spending review - known as the annual budget cycle - did not allocate more funding for the programme. The RAF's operational fleet will therefore be reduced to four aircraft.
