Nitric oxide has been reported to be increased in the spermatic veins of men affected by varicocele that has a role in testicular dysfunction. L-NAME is a Nitric Oxide Synthase inhibitor. Although Several authors have considered the relationship between varicocele and semen NO concentrations, but no one considered about the Effects Of Nitric Oxide Synthase Inhibitor (L-NAME) On Epididymal Sperm Count And Morphology. The concentration and morphology of spermatozoa are also important as these have., correlation with fertility of the individual. Some authors have stated that a partial obstruction of the spermatic vein is the only procedure able to induce a varicocele closest to that of human being.
