摘要

MR spectroscopy (MRS) sequences are first validated on phantoms before in vivo studies. Previous studies employed 3D printers to produce MR phantoms for other MRI modalities or generic use~(1,2). In this study, we designed and 3D printed a human head sized multi-compartment MRS phantom, which includes a compartment with solution mimicking an isocitrate dehydrogenase wild-type (IDH-wt) glioma, and another compartment with solution mimicking an IDH mutant (IDH-mut) glioma.
