AJR teaching file: An uncommon cause of knee swelling.

摘要

A 69-year-old man presented with a long-standing history of progressive painless swelling of the right knee joint. There was no clinical or laboratory evidence of active inflammation. Serology for rheumatoid factor was negative, and serum uric acid levels were normal. Radiography, sonography, and MRI of the right knee joint were performed.
