摘要

Oak processionary moth (OPM) is looking like it could be a plant health game changer. New regulations around oaks and a host of other plant species are changing the behaviour of plant buyers in the UK. High-risk Xylella fastidiosa plant testing came in on 1 March and palm movement restrictions were brought in on 1 January. Ash dieback hit the UK in 2012 after entering the country on imported ash hedging trees, leading to a ban on the movement of the species.
