摘要

The paper analyzes the results of the study of combustion of solid biomass as an alternative fuel under conditions of preparation and sintering of agglomeration charge. The study was conducted using thermogravi-metric analysis (TGA) coupled with differential thermal analysis (DTA). The analysis of the combustion process was carried out on specimens of oak and pine wood sawdust and specimens of nut shells. The kinetics of thermal decomposition of selected biomass samples were also studied using differential thermogravimetry under non-isothermal conditions and different heating rates in the air atmosphere.
