The operator of an outdoor activity centre near Bath has been ordered to pay 33,000 pounds after a member of the public was riding a quad bike which tipped over and landed on the rider, who suffered a factured hip. Following the accident on 24 May 2015, Bath and North East Somerset Council received a complaint about the activity centre in Hunstrete, operated by Hamburger Hill.
