The interior of Nissan's new small SUV has come on in leaps and bounds compared with its predecessor's. THERE'S A CERTAIN stigma attached to the word 'cheap', because it's far too often followed by words such as 'nasty' or 'tacky'. However, in some cases, cheap can also be cheerful, and there's no better example than my new Nissan Juke. You only have to look at the interior to see what I mean. In terms of quality, this new model is a massive improvement on the original: in fact, I'd say the Juke is now one of the better-finished small SUVs, beaten only by significantly more expensive premium-badged models such as the BMW X1. The materials feel substantially better to the touch than before and there isn't such a mish-mash of different textures, resulting in a classier, more uniform feel.
