Solid-supported reagents have been utilized in a variety of ways to facilitate combinatorial synthesis.They are also being used in solution-phase parallel synthesis and multistep organic synthesis as scavengers to ease reaction workup and product purification.One important specification for solid-supported reagents is loading.A high loading for scavenger resins allows for decreased reaction workup volume.
