摘要

Solid-phase synthesis is routinly used for the preparation of peptides and small molecules.Because solid-phase synthesis involves sequential mixing and draining steps,it is frequency performed in automated solid-phase synthesizers.Although solid-phase synthesis offers any advanctages over its solution-phase counterpart,the cost of instrumentation is a limiting factor that prevents many laboratories from venturing into this methodology.
