EWM AG has acquired a stake in H Euen GmbH, a systems vendor with complete solutions for robot automation, mechanisation and the manufacture of machine construction components for use in welding. The long-time partners announced the news at the EuroBLECH trade fair. The new company will trade under the name of EWM-Euen GmbH. The aim of the collaboration is to combine the extensive experience and expertise of the two welding technology experts in the area of production automation.
