Chinese valve suppliers have made significant progress in terms of reliability and durability, states Mr. Yu Hong Ming, Instrument & Electric Dept. Director, Zhejiang TITAN Design & Engineering Co., Ltd. There are still plenty of areas that require attention from both valve manufacturers and end users. Mr. Yu Hong Ming has a long and broad background in project and (pre) design management in China. As such, he has acquired significant expertise and knowledge about the installation, use and maintenance of valves in various processing industries. The Valve World team were therefore delighted to have the opportunity to meet up with Mr. Yu in Hangzhou, China, where he discussed his experiences with valves.
