Strong year for Scania truck and bus sales in Brazil

Brazil - Scania Brasil Ltda of Sao Bernardo do Campo, Sao Paulo, Brazil reported an increase in heavy-duty truck sales (>15t gvw and gcvw) of 36.5% in 2017 on its domestic market in Brazil, which was significantly higher than the market average gain of 10.7%. For January to December of 2017, Scania reported registrations of 5,754 heavy trucks compared with the 4,216 units in 2016.
