Sweden/Norway - Sweden's Volvo Trucks Corporation of Gothenburg, has signed an agreement with Norwegian mining concern, Bronnoy Kalk AS to supply a complete autonomous transport system. The agreement marks the first commercial application of Volvo's autonomous technology which will consist of limestone being transported by six autonomous Volvo FH trucks on a five kilometre stretch through tunnels between the mine and the aggregate crusher.
